Wood requires proper treatment when used in outdoor applications and our beams are no exception  Please NOTE: Longleaf pine is a rustic wood with a rough finish, visible knots, knot holes, nail holes, bolt holes, wood plugs, color variances, and cracks. These characteristics are not a valid reason for replacing.

This guarantee does not provide repair or replacement for products damaged by incorrect installation, normal wear, acts of God or natural cracking of wood or finishes that result from changes in temperature, humidity or exposure to weather, rain & direct sunlight.

This guarantee covers The Olde Mill original products only and does not extend to resell products or labor for any reinstallation necessary. All guarantee claims shall require the original invoice with purchase date and original installer information.
